The content and information created for presentation on this site is owned by Loja do Tinteiro. Its use, reproduction, copying or dissemination through other media, including logos, texts, images and videos contained on the website, are subject to prior authorization.

The Ink Store contains information relating to the essential characteristics of the products, based on technical descriptions provided by its suppliers and photographs that illustrate the products sold. As such, product images presented on the site are merely illustrative. La Loja do Tinteiro recommends that the customer consult the detailed description of the product to obtain complete information about its characteristics or contact the Customer Service.

Bearing in mind that used products are also sold, there may be differences between the image and the product itself, due to its use and history, which is unique to each equipment.

All efforts are made to ensure that the information presented here is free from typographic and image errors. Whenever this occurs, the Ink Store will correct it as soon as possible.

Data Protection Policy

La Loja do Tinteiro is committed to respecting the privacy of its users. For this reason, we have structured our website so that it is possible to navigate without the need to enter personal data. Within the scope and for the purposes of the services and sales that we provide to our users, the Tinteiro Store (Cubique Solutions Unipessoal Lda) is the entity responsible for the treatment of your personal data and for ensuring the protection of your privacy, acting in accordance with current legislation - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Conservation Period:
The Ink Store will keep the collected data until the data holder requests its deletion.

Right to Access, Modify and Eliminate Your Data:
At any moment, the user has the right to access his personal data and, within the limits of the GDPR, modify it, oppose its processing, decide on its automated processing, withdraw the consent and exercise the other rights provided for by the law (except when the data is indispensable for invoicing by the Ink Store and for compliance with the legal obligations to which the Ink Store is subject). If you withdraw your consent, this will not compromise the lawfulness of the treatment carried out until this close. The user has the right to be notified, within the terms set out in the Regulation, in the event that a violation of their personal data occurs, and can present complaints to the competent authorities.

Shipping Orders and Shipping Costs

Orders placed on the Tinteiro Store website will have the following shipping costs:

- For orders over €150, shipping is free.
- For orders under €150, shipping costs are based on weight (mainland Portugal only).
- For orders under €150, shipping costs are €4.54 (including taxes for mainland Spain).
- For orders under €150, shipping costs are €9.59 (including taxes for France)..

La Loja do Tinteiro is not responsible for the eventual impossibility of delivering orders for reasons beyond our responsibility (for example, absence of the customer at the place of delivery, incorrect or incomplete direction, delay of the transport driver). In case of difficulties in delivery, Loja do Tinteiro will contact the customer to confirm or correct the details provided, in order to complete the delivery.

Guarantees
All products sold by Loja do Tinteiro have a legal guarantee provided for in Portuguese legislation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage caused by incorrect use, accidents or normal wear and tear.

If a product is defective, the customer must contact the Ink Store to request repair, replacement or return of the product. The cost of shipping to Loja do Tinteiro, in case of return, is borne by the customer, unless the defect is confirmed by Loja do Tinteiro.

Returns Policy

The customer has a period of 14 days after receipt of the product to proceed with its return, without the need to indicate the reason, in accordance with Decree-Law nº 24/2014 of February 14. To carry out the return, the product must be complete, with all its components and accessories, accompanied by the original packaging in perfect condition. If the product shows signs of use, the return may be rejected. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case

of defective products or shipping errors.

Conflict Resolution

Cubique, known as Loja do Tinteiro, participates in all alternative forms of conflict resolution provided for by law. The customer can consult the National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts (CNIACC) or the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center of Lisbon, whenever disagreements arise related to the services provided by Loja do Tinteiro.
