Loja do Tinteiro reserves the right to freely modify pre-contractual information in order to adapt it to applicable legislation, without the need for any prior notice.

Loja do Tinteiro takes into account the information regarding the essential characteristics of the products through technical descriptions shared by its suppliers and photographs that illustrate the products sold. Conservation Period:
Loja do Tinteiro will keep the collected data until the data subject requests that it be forgotten.
Right to access, change and remove your personal data:
At any time, the user has the right to access their personal data and, within the limits of the contract and the GDPR, to change them, oppose their processing, decide on the automated processing of said data, withdraw consent and exercise other rights provided for by law (except when the data is essential for the respective billing by Loja do Tinteiro and for compliance with the legal obligations to which Loja do Tinteiro is subject). If you withdraw your consent, this does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that date. You have the right to be notified, under the terms provided for in the Regulation, in the event of a breach of your personal data, and may file complaints with the authority(ies).

Pricing Policy
The prices of products and services available on this website are exclusive to purchases made through this website. They are shown in euros and include VAT.
In the event of a computer, manual, technical or any other error that causes a notable change not foreseen by Loja do Tinteiro in the retail price, such that it becomes difficult to access or manifestly ridiculous, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled.
Loja do Tinteiro reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, Loja do Tinteiro undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time the purchase order is placed.
Payment Methods
Loja do Tinteiro offers five payment options:
Multibanco Reference:
Payments using Multibanco Reference can be made via Homebanking or via the Multibanco ATM Network. At the end of your order, the Multibanco reference will be generated and sent to your email. To make the payment, you must select the "Payments for Services/Purchases" option and enter the entity, reference and corresponding amount that were sent by email.
Bank Transfer:
If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, you can check the details to make the transfer when placing your order or in your email. Your order will be sent after payment confirmation, which, depending on the bank, can take up to two business days.
Paypal:
Paypal payment is a secure method used worldwide. When selecting this payment method, the user will be redirected to the Paypal login page. The purchase amount will be debited from the Paypal account, plus 3% which corresponds to the fees applied by this payment method. Loja do Tinteiro does not save the access data to the Paypal account.
Mbway:
With Mbway you can pay for your order using your mobile phone number, at no additional cost. You must have the application active on your mobile phone to be able to pay using this method.
Payshop:
To pay for your order via Payshop, you must go to one of the Payshop agents, indicate the reference you obtained with the order and make the corresponding payment.
Shipping and Postage
Orders are only processed on business days until 5:00 p.m. After payment confirmation, orders are sent to the address indicated by the customer. Pre-orders, unlike the normal orders mentioned above, will only be processed when the product is available from the brand, for official distribution and for the end customer.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are added to the total value of the selected products. The customer will be informed of these charges before confirming their order and completing the purchase process, as well as the difference in value depending on the shipping method chosen.

Delivery times may change due to stock shortages, festive seasons or other conditions external to Loja do Tinteiro, such as delays by delivery services, as they are a company external to Loja do Tinteiro.
For all purchases shipped to mainland Portugal, above €300, shipping costs are free.
Breakdowns and Guarantees
All products sold by Loja do Tinteiro are not manufactured by the same company. At the time of sale, Loja do Tinteiro passes on the warranty for that/those same product(s) to the user.
Equipment under Warranty:
Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 67/2003 of 8 April, as amended by Decree-Law No. 84/2008 of 21 May, all products sold in new condition are subject to a 2-year guarantee of conformity, guaranteed by the respective brands. In the case of a defective product, you must notify Loja do Tinteiro, which will be responsible for managing this process. If agreed by Loja do Tinteiro and the customer, all products sold in used condition are guaranteed for 12 months. Consumable products, whose regular use requires their destruction or disposal, due to their specific nature, may, depending on the manufacturer, have a guarantee period of less than 2 years for their proper functioning.
Repair Service Warranty:
The warranty for the repair service provided by Loja do Tinteiro is 90 days, starting from the date of completion of the service. This limited warranty does not affect the legal rights established in national legislation regarding new components used in the repair. The warranty for repairs does not cover the following conditions:
Physical damage (broken/damaged/corroded/warped equipment, etc.);
Misuse, damage caused by falls, negligence, fire, water, electrical disturbances, atmospheric disturbances, etc.;
Damage caused by transportation carried out by the Customer or third parties on their behalf;
Use of options or consumables not appropriate for the equipment in question;
During this period, if the equipment has undergone technical intervention, with labor and parts outside the Loja do Tinteiro services;
The previous repair was carried out at the customer's request and responsibility.
Breakdowns:
If the purchased product is defective or faulty, the customer must report the situation to Loja do Tinteiro Customer Support, providing their order number and a description of the malfunction. After receiving the item at Loja do Tinteiro's facilities, it will be sent to the brand's representative and, if there is no non-conformity, the item will be replaced or repaired. In this case, Loja do Tinteiro will deliver the item to the customer using the same means it was delivered for repair. If the technical inspection detects signs of misuse or any problem that may have caused the item to malfunction (e.g. falling, humidity, etc.), the customer will be contacted to indicate whether they would like the equipment to be repaired. In this case, Loja do Tinteiro will provide a free quote.
Equipment out of warranty:
Even if your equipment is out of the warranty period, Loja do Tinteiro offers a repair service under conditions to be agreed upon, so you should go to one of our stores. If the customer wishes to have an equipment out of warranty repaired, they should contact Loja do Tinteiro's Technical Center indicating the equipment in question and its fault. Loja do Tinteiro will inform the customer of the address to which they must deliver the equipment. If this option is not possible, the customer may send the product by registered mail to the address indicated, for the attention of Loja do Tinteiro's Technical Center. Upon receipt of the customer's equipment, Loja do Tinteiro's technicians will analyze it and verify the fault described by the customer. After this analysis, the customer will be contacted by our team to be informed of the estimate for the repair of the equipment. The repair will only begin after the customer expressly accepts the estimate.
Direct Warranty with the Manufacturer:
Some brands offer direct customer support/warranty. In these cases, you can contact the brand directly to deal with the equipment warranty.
Return Policy
When the user purchases a product on this website, they are automatically covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee, where in the first 14 days, after taking physical possession of the goods, they can return or exchange the product, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14.
Charges:
In cases of free termination of the contract, the return postage costs are the responsibility of the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.
Conditions:
Although returns/exchanges are accepted within the first 14 days for distance purchases (as described above), returned goods will only be accepted if they strictly comply with the following conditions:
The returned item must be intact and without any signs of damage from use;
The item must be returned together with its packaging, manuals and accessories, in immaculate condition;
Along with the returned item, the invoice showing the item must be included;
In the case of an Apple item or an item specifically ordered at the customer's request, the brand seals cannot be broken;
The equipment's Serial Number cannot have been associated with any online account of the product brand.
If any of these points are violated, we will not be able to accept the return (and subsequent refund) or exchange. Unless there is a technical defect, there are items that, due to their nature (for reasons of hygiene, safety, risk of data transmission, manufacturer's recommendations, etc.), cannot be accepted for returns/exchanges.
Orders placed through the Online Store and for which payment has only been made upon collection at the Physical Store are not covered by the Decree Law mentioned in point 1. Since the customer has access to the product they are purchasing before making the respective payment.
Exchanges or Returns:
To start the return/exchange process, the customer must:
Get in touch via our contact page https://lojadotinteiro.pt/contactos, by email geral@lojadotinteiro.pt or by telephone (+351) 244 028 034 (call to national landline network);
Choose the product you wish to return/exchange;
Describe the reason;
Enter the IBAN, if the payment was made by Bank Transfer, Multibanco, Payshop, Mbway or cash;
Enter the Return Type: Warranty or Return/Exchange;
Add photos of the condition of the product.
After submitting this form, the customer must wait for Loja do Tinteiro to analyze their request. If the request is accepted, the customer must send the product to the address indicated in the instructions received. Upon verification of compliance with the conditions of the previous number, Loja do Tinteiro will process the request and proceed with the exchange or refund of the product as requested. If the product does not meet the conditions, it will be returned to the customer in the same condition in which it was received.
Refunds will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated on the return form or by PayPal, if this was the payment method. This procedure does not apply to resellers.
