Order Shipping and Shipping Costs

Orders placed on the A Loja do Tinteiro website have the following shipping costs:

Resolution Devolutions

The client has the right to resolve the contract without the need for justification within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the request, in accordance with the provision in Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14. To exercise this right, you must communicate to A Loja do Tinteiro , within this period, your intention to terminate the contract and return the product. The customer must return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all components, accessories and documentation, and bear the direct costs of return.

Contract Termination

The refund of the purchase price will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial purchase, unless the customer expressly agrees to another form of refund, without prejudice to the costs associated with the refund (for example, banking commissions or other types).

Exclusions

The resolution right does not apply to contracts for products that have been personalized by the customer, manufactured according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized (for example, refilled ink cartridges or remanufactured printers at the customer's request).
