Vision Dual has a modern design, with a choice of functional formats, representing the highest technology from Riello UPS's development and research team. The UPS can achieve an operating efficiency of 98% with an output power factor of 0.9.
Very high protection.
The Vision Dual has an automatic voltage regulator (AVR) that provides voltage stabilization and protection from supply problems and voltage fluctuations. The AVR also helps reduce battery use, delaying the time between charges due to a power supply failure. Its electromagnetic interference (EMI) filter provides extra protection against surges and transients on the electrical grid. When a grid failure occurs, the load is powered by the inverter with a single-phase SINUSOIDAL wave, providing reliable, safe autonomy.
High availability.
The EnergyShare output connection provides power when a power supply failure occurs, maximizing the available discharge time for critical loads. The battery can be easily and accessibly hot-swapped behind the UPS's front panel. To extend the UPS's runtime, the VSD 2200 and 3000 models offer the (ER) format, which in that case requires external battery cabinets. It's recommended to run battery tests to help identify errors and potential battery degradation. Deep discharge protection helps reduce battery degradation and extend battery life.
Versatility
Vision Dual can be placed directly on the floor or rack-mounted in 19'' battery cabinets. The front panel's digital display can be easily removed and rotated to adapt to the installation format. The VSD includes an emergency shutdown switch for cases or critical situations that require it. The cold start function lets the Vision Dual start up in inverter mode when there's no grid voltage or alternative power source.
