In this case, Loja do Tinteiro will deliver the item to the customer using the same means it was delivered for repair. If the technical inspection detects signs of misuse or any problem that may have caused the item to malfunction (e.g. falling, humidity, etc.), the customer will be contacted to indicate whether they would like the equipment to be repaired. In this case, Loja do Tinteiro will provide a free quote. Equipment out of warranty: Even if your equipment is out of the warranty period, Loja do Tinteiro offers a repair service under conditions to be agreed upon, so you should go to one of our stores.
