The pigment that gives the ink its colour disappears, making the ink turn transparent when it reaches 65 °C. If you expose the ink to temperatures below -15 °C, the pigment returns and the ink becomes visible again. The Frixion Ball pen should not be used for signatures, legal documents, exams or other documents where the writing must be permanent.
