Scotch® 371 packaging tape lets you securely seal a wide range of boxes and cardboard materials, including corrugated board. Its polypropylene backing is resistant to moisture, abrasion, chemicals and fine scratches, which keeps the tape holding firm throughout the packaging process. It conforms easily around edges and irregular surfaces to provide a long-lasting hold.
This tape is suitable for use on regular slotted containers (RSC) of up to 32 kg. Scotch® 371 packaging tape has a biaxially oriented polypropylene backing and a pressure-sensitive rubber resin adhesive, so it offers suitable resistance to breaking and edge tearing. Medium-grade sealing tape, also known as packaging tape or adhesive tape, has been designed to securely seal regular slotted containers (RSC) and packages used for moving, shipping and distribution. The strength and holding power of the tape work especially well on difficult materials such as recycled corrugated board and chipboard. Since it is economical and reliable, medium-duty sealing tape is popular among manufacturers of food and drink, sporting goods, pipes, metal parts, automotive parts and furniture.
